My husband David is horribly afraid of catching Covid-19. When Dallas became the new “hotspot” he moved the three of us to our lake house out in the country. There’s only been a total of six cases in this county compared to 51,490 cases in Dallas. So I get it. However, I enjoy the country on the weekends not so much full time!

Yelp tarantulas! I’m scared of anything that has more than 4 legs, lol.
But your house looks amazing! (sans the tarantula of course)

A lake house sounds wonderful to me. Tarantulas, not so much. However, if you don’t have snakes, I could probably handle the spiders.

Oh no, we have those too! I’ve heard rattle snakes in our yard. Snake boots are a must when outside. Fingers crossed I NEVER see a snake in the house.

I think the pandemic is going to really reprogram some people to focus on what really matters to them, and what should be important. While each day is just a new 2020 special like dateine with Barbara Walters life just keeps going and we are going to survive and be fine, we just all need to calm down.

I agree! I love that bicycle sales are up and RV sales are up. I hope families continue to spend time together doing things outside even when the pandemic is over.

Blogging and Vlogging is so much fun! I don’t blame your husband for wanting to get out into the middle of no where! COVID makes me really nervous too!

We know 5 people that have died, 6 people that have it and one of those was in the hospital. I completely get where he’s coming from. We have a newborn, I have diabetes. We’re a high risk home. Blogging has helped me so much! I don’t feel so isolated! lol 🙂
