The Perfect Thanksgiving Outfit

I wish I could remember who’s instagram I read this on so that I could give them a shout out. She made a really good point. she said we get all dressed up to sit in the living room. 😂 Yes, yes we do! On Thanksgiving we will be celebrating with my father in law which I will probably be a little bit more dressed up but on Friday we will be celebrating with my mom and stepdad and this is what I’ll be wearing. I LOVE this sweater.

Right now one of the most important factors to me is are my clothes machine washable? I don’t want anything that’s dry clean only. I’m constantly sneezed and spit on. I want clothes that still look polished and put together but that I can throw in the washing machine.

I LOVE oversized sweaters, leggings and duck boots or snow boots for the fall and winter. This will pretty much be my uniform until April when it starts warming up. I love how easy it is to dress this look up as well . It’s not like we’re going anywhere but if I was I can throw on dressier accessories and heels. The best part … I’m WARM!!! This is huge for me because I’m always cold.

If you’ve been following me for awhile you know how much I love these leggings they’re under$25 (read here) and yes I’m wearing them as pants. They’re so thick, you can’t see any lady parts and they have pockets! I’d been looking at this sweater for awhile on Amazon, it’s under $35, I was skeptical on how it would fit but I love it and it feels great! Yes, it’s machine washable 😍. Oh and one more thing, everything is available on Amazon Prime so you can get it in time for Thanksgiving!!

What are your favorite fall staples ?

Leggings: ODODOS Leggings (same from my LULU Dupe that I’m OBSESSED with)

Duck Boots: Sperry

Necklace: Very Similar

Earrings: Kendra Scott

Headband: Amazon (the color is light coffee)
