I don’t know about you but these grocery prices are killing me! Which is why I’m so excited for April’s Bookclub Pick.
5 ingredient Ketogenic Diet Cookbook
I’ve been perusing it the past couple of weeks and the author has everything broken down with labels like one pot meals, under 30 minutes all things busy families will love!
I’ve mentioned to you guys before that my mom was a working mom. She had a full time job and the last thing that she wanted to do was make a huge meal when she got home. Also, she really doesn’t like to cook! Yes, still to this say! When I share recipes or meal plans with you I try to always keep that in mind. During the week I always try to keep it simple. With some type of simple meat and a frozen or canned vegetable, etc.
It doesn’t matter where I am, Dallas or the country, I’m having a hard time finding stuff! With that being said I’ve been trying to buy as much in bulk as I can and throw it in the deep freezer. Also, because I don’t know when it’s going to be in stock again! So be prepared some of my posts will be focused on buying early, making as many meals as I can from one package of chicken, etc.
I look forward to cooking our way through this cookbook together. As always please be sure to tag me on social media and leave updates in the comments section for the community with any changes that you make to these recipes. As I’ve said so many times before I’ve tried to create this space for people like me and probably you that eat gluten free, sugar free, low carb and can come here and trust the recipes. I want people to know we’ve made these recipes and they will be delicious!
