Gluten Free, Sugar Free and Low Carb Easter Dessert Ideas

Creme Brûlée:

This Creme brûlée is so easy. It has 2 net carbs and its sugar free, gluten free and obviously low carb. The best thing is you cook it in your instant pot. If you don’t have an instant pot leave me a comment below and I’ll post directions on how to cook this in the slow cooker. You will need a kitchen torch for the top.

Chocolate Custard:

I made this for Valentine’s Day and you all know that David is such a picky eater. He LOVED this! It’s under 5 Net carbs, sugar free, gluten free, low carb and you can make this ahead of time (I highly encourage you to do so!) Make this a couple of days early maybe Friday night? Store it in your refrigerator. Then when you sit down to eat move the cups to the freezer to get a Frosty like consistency. So yum!

Blueberry Crumble Pots:

I originally got this recipe from my mom. She served it for breakfast when I spent the night. She likes this recipe because you can prepare it in advance and store the ramekins in the refrigerator then pop them in the oven when you’re ready to eat them! I forgot the xantham gum and mine were a little runny so don’t skip this step and it comes out like a blueberry cobbler. So good and yes it’s sugar free, gluten free and low carb .

Cream Cheese Stuffed Carrot Cake:

Carrot cake is the ultimate Easter dessert, in my opinion. I found a cream cheese stuffed carrot cake in one of our book club picks, I’m so excited about this! The one that I’m going to be using is on Page 102 with only 4.3 net carbs! I LOVE cream cheese and not only is this a stuffed carrot cake but it’s also covered in a cream cheese frosting.
