I’ve always loved crab cakes. So when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease I really never thought I’d be able to have them again, especially since they’re full of breadcrumbs, crackers, etc. I tried my hand at these crab cakes for our Valentine’s Day dinner and I’m not going to lie it took a couple of times to get the oil just the right temperature but these turned out top notch! David couldn’t believe they weren’t the real thing. I even made sugar free cocktail sauce! You can get that recipe here.
