Since going on Linzess I’ve been trying to eat less dairy. That’s one of the ingredients that their website says to stay away from. These are the biscuits that I use for everything except now they’re dairy free!

Gluten Free / Low Carb Sushi Rice
It’s taken SEVERAL rounds of rice and sushi rolls to get this just right but this is spot on. I think the key was the sesame seeds. It even smelled like real sushi!

Gluten Free / Low Carb Pork Eggrolls
Let’s talk about egg rolls … I LOVE them! Yes, I can find gluten free egg rolls at Whole Foods but they’re loaded with carbs! These egg rolls only have 4 net carbs and that’s in the pork filling. These wraps only have 30 calories and 4 net carbs! YA! You can thank me later. LOL
