Keto Yogurt (2 net carbs)
I’m always looking for new snacks and this one didn’t disappoint. In fact I’m not a huge yogurt fan but this was delicious. It was creamy but nice and thick. It only has 2 net carbs!

Gluten Free / Sugar Free Donuts
I originally got this recipe from one of our book club picks but it was waaaaay to sweet for me! After a few tries I’ve finally perfected a moist and fluffy gluten free, sugar free and low carb cake donut that’s keto friendly with only 2.9 net carbs! 🎉🙌🏼🥳

FYI … These are different from my gluten free hamburger bun recipe. These aren’t as wide, they’re more like the size of slider buns / a little bit bigger.
