
In this section Appetizers on Cooking with Kelly I’ll show you some different easy appetizers that are gluten free and low carb and will surely impress your guests! Some appetizer recipes that I share are from our monthly cookbook club. If I don’t change anything to that recipe I won’t post the recipe it will simply be titled as a review or an appetizer idea but not a recipe and of course I will always cite the original source.
I once heard Martha Stewart say that a cook is always open to new ideas and flavors but is also always trying to figure out how to improve on them and make them their own. That’s what I do on Cooking with Kelly. I take recipes that have been my FAVORITE dishes my entire life and recreated them but with the new twist of being gluten free, low carb and sugar free. Remember I was only diagnosed with Celiac Disease a few years ago. I still remember what everything is supposed to taste like and what the texture is supposed to be like.
I’d say that’s what makes Cooking with Kelly different from all of the other gluten free, low carb, sugar free and Keto blogs. I first perfect the flavors and then I perfect the texture! I hope you enjoy my appetizer recipes
