I could read cookbooks all day long! I love them and I don’t know why, LOL!

When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Diabetes my endocrinologist suggested that I try the Keto diet. I already loved to cook but I found it rather difficult to find recipes that not only I liked but that my family liked. I’m constantly buying cookbooks to change up our weekly family menu. Mainly I’m always on the lookout for new side dishes. I started this “Cookbook Book Club” to share with you some of my favorite finds. As always everything is always gluten free, sugar free, and keto friendly. When I try out a recipe that I like but it doesn’t make my tastebuds scream and I make substitutions or additions I always post the new recipe on my blog so make sure you’ve subscribed to my email blast to get those updates.

November Book Club Pick – Keto Baking

I started hunting for a keto dessert book probably back in March. My mom has been dying to make Christmas cookies with Kricket. She was too young last year but bring on the sprinkles this year. Since Kricket also has a wheat allergy she’s kind of limited to what she can do. I NEVER in […]

Kelly Dees

Hi, I’m Kelly. Previously an interior decorator, I became a full-time mother and blogger in 2020. When I’m not spending time with my wonderful family in Dallas, Texas, I love writing about my exploration with gluten free, sugar free, and low carb food. I had so many questions when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Diabetes. I knew I couldn’t be the only one that felt this way!
