Since going on Linzess I've been trying to eat less dairy. That's one of the ingredients that their website says to stay away from.

Let's talk about egg rolls ... I LOVE them! Yes, I can find gluten free egg rolls at Whole Foods but they're loaded with carbs! These egg rolls only have 4 net carbs and that's in the pork filling. These wraps only have 30 calories and 4 net carbs! YA! You can thank me later. LOL
